Staff Bio: Francine Manso

Francine Manso is a standout member of the Rally Point front desk team, known for her warm personality, big smile, and top-tier customer service that makes every member feel welcome and appreciated. A business student at Johnson & Wales University, Francine expertly balances her academic commitments with her growing role at the club. When she joined the staff in 2023, she had never played tennis—but her enthusiasm and curiosity quickly turned into a genuine love for the sport. Today, she not only understands the game and its many rules but also actively plays in multiple leagues and cardio clinics each week. Francine has also played a key role in expanding Rally Point’s beginner programs for young adults and generously volunteers in our partnership with The Groden Center, helping young adults with autism discover the joy of tennis as a lifelong sport.

About Rally Point

Rally Point Racquet Club opened its doors in 1972 with just three courts and no lounge area, founded by a group of friends who saw tennis gaining popularity across the U.S. and wanted to create a place where their community could come together to share in the love of the sport. Their vision quickly took hold, and after early success, the club expanded—adding three more courts and building the indoor space that continues to serve as the heart of the facility today. Over the past 50+ years, Rally Point has grown steadily by listening to and evolving with its most dedicated players and supporters.
