Joshua Steere is an accounting student at Bryant University and a standout Division I tennis player for the Bulldogs. A four-time All-State selection in high school, he capped off his junior career by winning the Rhode Island State Championship in his senior year. Known for his big smile, boundless energy, and fun-loving personality, Joshua is a favorite among both juniors and adults at Rally Point Racquet Club. He works with players of all levels—from beginners to competitive juniors—bringing enthusiasm and skill to every session. Also committed to giving back, Joshua has volunteered as a coach for local school teams and with the Rhode Island Special Olympics tennis program. In addition to his coaching, he plays a key role in our court & building maintenance, making him an all-around asset to our Rally Point community.
Rally Point Racquet Club opened its doors in 1972 with just three courts and no lounge area, founded by a group of friends who saw tennis gaining popularity across the U.S. and wanted to create a place where their community could come together to share in the love of the sport. Their vision quickly took hold, and after early success, the club expanded—adding three more courts and building the indoor space that continues to serve as the heart of the facility today. Over the past 50+ years, Rally Point has grown steadily by listening to and evolving with its most dedicated players and supporters.
